1. Log in to your account and select products you would like to return;

2. Follow the steps in a return panel and select the form in which you want to receive the refund;

3. Generate return documents with address labels, then print them and sign the return document;

4. Put the returning products together with the return document into the shipping carton and seal it well. You can use the carton in which you received the order;

5. Send the package to following adress:

5. We will refund the money within 14 of receiving package. However, most of the time it takes less time.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
